Peter Jollands is an insolvency practitioner with many years experience in Insolvency, Restructuring, Receivership administration, Mergers and Acquisitions, Investment and Divestment, Forensic accounting and Investigations.
Peter Jollands adheres to a rigid code of conduct which is crucial when working with distressed companies, due to the vulnerability of the company from both competitors and creditors. Peter adheres scrupulously to the ethical guide-lines of the Insol group of NZICA and CPA Australia.
Commercial sectors worked in include Horticulture, Agriculture, Manufacturing, Retail, International Marketing, Exporting, Import distribution, Property Development and Property Services, Service Industry, Food & Wine Industry, and Restaurant industry.
Peter has completed a number of International assignments in Chile, Argentina, Japan, Korea, France, Spain and the Caribbean (Barbados).
Restructuring assignments include a number of companies over a broad range of industries including Manufacturing, Property Development, Retail, Import Distribution, Export, Marketing, and Restaurant industry.
Peter has been involved in assignments on behalf of Banks, Accountants, Solicitors and the High Court.
Peter is a member of the Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Pakuranga Rotary Club. A past Treasurer of Pakuranga Rotary. Past Chairman of Rotary District 9920 community committee and Chairman 2001 & 2002 of District 9920 New Generations (Youth) Committee. Peter is past Chairman of the Rotary Youth Suicide Prevention Foundation Trust from 1999 - 2002. The foundation was instrumental in the implementation of the inaugural Vodafone Extreme Mountain Challenge. Peter is a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow.
Peter is a Justice of the Peace and member of the Royal Federation of New Zealand Justices’ Association (Inc). Peter is a sitting justice on the bench in Auckland and Manukau District Court.
Peter is an active member of the Insolvency Practitioners' Group of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (INSOL International).
