Rob Jolliffe, insolvency manager

Rob’s background lends itself well to the challenges of being involved in the specialist field of insolvency.

Originally from South Africa, Rob qualified as a chartered accountant, and worked in the Deloittes Johannesburg audit division for many years. Since arriving in New Zealand 14 years ago, he has gained considereable experience in chartered accounting, business ownership and financial management.

Rob’s New Zealand experience includes 7 years of starting, building and selling a service company. Thereafter he ran a business management and consulting firm, before merging with a chartered accounting firm, to take on the role as general manager.

Rob is a registered Chartered Accountant with the NZICA, and holds a honours degree, majoring in accounting and law. He is also a member of the SAICA.

At Jollands Callander he is involved in all aspects of insolvency, receivership, investigative accounting, and business services.

Rob has always been a keen participative sportsman, and is currently focusing on the challenge of playing golf and trying to reduce his handicap.

In his spare time he enjoys being with family and friends and following his son’s sporting interests.
